Product Description
The Eterna LED Shaver Light is smartly designed in white and has a tough polycarbonate construction. Decorative chrome end trims are provided, but can be left off if preferred. An independent on/off pull cord enables convenient use. For acceptance of British, European or American shaver plugs, a dual-voltage socket is included.
With its IP44 rating, the Eterna LED Shaver Light offers strong protection against dust and splashing water. The manufacturer recommends either zone 2 or outside zone bathroom installation in accordance with IET wiring regulations.
This fitting can be installed onto any normally flammable surface, including regular building surfaces such as masonry, plasterboard and wood. Easily flammable surfaces like textiles are unsuitable.
LEDs
The Eterna LED Shaver Light uses a built-in 6.7W LED array to produce 410 lumens of 3000K warm white light in a 120° beam. It has a 170 cd peak luminous intensity and a high 0.9 power factor. A non-dimmable LED driver is integrated.
As a dedicated LED luminaire, the Eterna LED Shaver Light does not accept or need a replacement bulb. The integrated LED array has a long 30,000 hour lifespan, which in this type of fitting can realistically be expected to last for decades.
