Robus is part of the LED (Lighting and Electrical Distribution) Group, a dynamic and innovative manufacturing and distribution company. It boasts over 2,000 lighting products, including LED lighting, downlights, bathroom lighting, kitchen lighting, display lighting, emergency lighting, outdoor lighting, lamps and lighting accessories.

An Irish company, it was established in 1984 and is still privately owned with all three shareholders still working in the company as Managing Director, Export Sales Director and Financial Director. This stability of ownership and lack of institutional investors gives the firm a real competitive edge, as it can focus entirely on quality service and products. This is particularly evident in the quality, innovation and speed to market of new product development programme.

LED Group employs over 300 people worldwide. The headquarters are at Dublin, Ireland, in a purpose-built facility including warehousing and distribution. In addition it has two retail showrooms in Dublin called National Lighting, a manufacturing plant in Nanhai and offices in Guangzhou both in China. Their manufacturing procedures are fully documented and have been awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification.

The Robus brand has an excellent reputation for being user friendly and reliable, and its products are widely used by professional electricians, architects and lighting designers.
