Clean air

Good ventilation is essential in rooms used by many people throughout the day, such as office toilets, and rooms that have a regular changeover of people, such as hotel rooms and bathrooms.

Powerful and efficient

This axial fan uses 15 watts of power from a single speed motor to give you fast and efficient air changes, removing moisture and odours from your bathrooms and toilets. The motor has a thermal cut-out, which cuts the power to the motor before it can overheat, to protect the unit from damage. The fan extracts air at the rate of 92m³ per hour during operation, giving you top quality performance that complies with the Building Regulations Document Part F1.

Standard or Timer Models

There is a standard model which is connected to the light switch of the room and switches on and off at the same time. This timer model runs for extra time, allowing the air change to continue after you have left the room for extra hygiene and to comply with some regulations.

IEE Zone 1 and 2

This extractor fan conforms to IEE wiring regulations for zones 1 and 2 in the bathroom. It has air operated back draught shutters, which stops air travelling the wrong way down the ducting and prevents draughts. It has a stylish, white finish and come complete with all fixings for window or ceiling mounting.
