Elstead Norfolk Outdoor Lantern Wall Light

The Norfolk Wall Up Lantern is sturdily constructed from die-cast aluminium and attractively finished in black. Adding to its bygone appeal are hand-leaded glass panes, each of which comprises 5 separate pieces of glass. With an IP43 rating this fitting protects against sprays of water, though we recommend a sheltered outdoor position such as a porch to avoid extremes of weather.

Replacement glass panes for this fitting are available through our sales team. Other items are offered by Lyco in the Norfolk range, for easy creation of a co-ordinated lighting scheme.

Bulb requirements

The Norfolk Wall Up Lantern requires a 100W maximum GLS bulb (sold separately) with an E27 Edison Screw (ES) cap.

As incandescent bulbs have been mostly banned by EU legislation, Lyco recommend an energy-saving halogen bulb as an economical alternative. This will normally use 20-30% less energy than a regular incandescent lamp, as well as offering twice the lifespan.

Alternatively, a decorative-filament bulb makes a good choice with this lantern. These relatively low-wattage bulbs are made with an attractive patterned filament, and are designed chiefly for their mood-enhancing effect.
