Product Description
The Astro Mashiko Classic 360 Wall Light is a stylish luminaire ideal for contemporary environments. It has a smart polished chrome trim, and uses a white glass diffuser to produce a softened and evenly distributed light.
With its IP44 rating, the Mashiko Classic 360 is resistant to splashes of water. This makes it ideal for zone 2 or outside zones of a bathroom, and also allows the possibility of outdoor use. Horizontal or vertical installation is possible with this fitting, as required.
The Mashiko Classic 360 Wall Light carries an 'F' mark, indicating suitability for direct mounting onto normally flammable surfaces. This encompasses most regular building surfaces (including wood) but excludes easily flammable materials such as polystyrene.
As a Safety Class I fitting, the Mashiko 360 Classic requires connection to electrical earth during installation.

Bulb requirements
The Mashiko Classic 360 Wall Light takes 2 x 40W maximum candle bulbs (sold separately) with E14 Small Edison Screw (SES) bases.
Because incandescent bulbs have been phased out in recent years by EU legislation, Lyco recommends energy-saving halogen equivalents. These typically offer 20-30% energy-savings over original technology. Halogen lifespan is twice that of standard incandescent bulbs.
