We were delighted to be approached by the talented team at Three Nine Design, who invited us to collaborate on an exciting new project - a modern care home development located in Esher, Surrey. Our role was to support their vision by supplying all the lighting requirements for the design, ensuring that every space was illuminated to enhance both functionality and atmosphere.
We were commissioned to supply all the lighting requirements for the project, with a particular focus on the decorative elements that would bring warmth and character to the interior spaces. Throughout the process, we worked closely with the creative team at Three Nine Design to ensure that every fixture and fitting met the client’s vision and aesthetic expectations. Once all items were carefully reviewed and approved by the client, the full specification was passed on to Redridge Building Contractors, who subsequently proceeded with placing the final order and manage the installation phase.
For this project, we supplied a combination of products from our own extensive lighting range, complemented by carefully selected pieces sourced from a number of UK-based suppliers. Several of these suppliers were new to us, but we were more than happy to explore fresh partnerships in order to meet the client’s exact specifications. The client was particularly keen for Lyco to handle the entire lighting package, ensuring a consistent level of quality, reliability, and service throughout the project.
This project involved a newly constructed care home, where the design team collaborated closely with the client throughout the planning phase. Following the client’s approval of the lighting design, we were commissioned to supply the complete lighting package for the development.
