About Lyco Flush Lights
When you don"t want the game to stop, you need stadium floodlights. Providing brighter, more intense lighting than the average floodlight, stadium floodlights can be used to light up all types of sporting arenas, from indoor football to athletics tracks, rugby pitches, and tennis courts, as well as many other large areas that need daylight lighting.
Like most types of modern lighting, stadium floodlights utilise LEDs, for large amounts of brightness without a large increase on energy bills. All of the stadium floodlights in our range have integrated LEDs, and because LEDs have a really long life expectancy, there's no need to worry about needing to change bulbs either - you can depend on them to provide the light you need until the end of their expected life.
Stadium floodlights are designed to provide near-daylight levels of brightness, and so they tend to have daylight tones of around 5000K. That's a bright white light that is similar to normal daylight, and allows the area to be flooded with light, so that it can be used in the same way as if it was midday.
Yes, stadium floodlights are usually dimmable when installed with an LED compatible dimmer switch.
Depending on how they"re used and maintained, most stadium floodlights have a life expectancy of around 60,000 hours, which is a little under seven years of continuous use. Because We're so confident that our stadium floodlights will last, we provide a five year guarantee with every one that is purchased.
Since most stadium floodlights are designed to be used outdoors, most are IP65 or above, so they are waterproof and can withstand strikes from flying objects - which is an important consideration in a sports setting!
Absolutely. Stadium floodlights can be a great choice in settings that need daylight brightness for optimal operations to continue to take place overnight. Dockyards, transportation hubs, and schools can all make use of stadium floodlights in strategic locations to maintain safety, and to contribute towards keeping business as usual throughout the hours of darkness.
Stadium floodlights don"t have to be used outdoors either. Where full daylight is required, they can be a great option for larger indoor spaces, such as warehouses, sports facilities such as golf driving ranges, and conference halls.
We do! We supply only the highest quality stadium floodlights, and we have a range of different powers, from 250W to super powerful 1250W floodlights.
