How to sign up and receive your discount
The first time you visit our website, you should receive a popup offering you the chance to subscribe to our newsletter. Enter your email address in the field and click Subscribe.

Upon registering, you should receive a confirmation message that includes the current live code. The one shown here is now expired and will no longer work.
If you signed up through the footer link, and if you signed up through the pop-up, you will receive an email confirming the code and your subscription. Please allow 1 hour for this email, however it should be received within 15 minutes of subscribing.
Enter the discount code by copying and pasting, or typing out in full, the code you received from the email or the pop-up. Click Apply.
If you have eligible products in your basket, you will receive this confirmation message.

The voucher code doesn’t exist. Check the spelling and ensure you have included any special characters such as “-“ between words.
We’re sorry – the discount code [CODE] has expired
The voucher code is correct but has now expired. Our welcome codes only last for 7 days from your subscription date. If you have not used a welcome code previously, please contact our team by email or by phone to receive a live code.
We’re sorry - the items in your basket do not meet the conditions for the discount code [CODE]
You may not have any eligible products in your basket. Are your products already discounted? A list of things to look out for are listed above.
