Minimal Ceiling Pendant Lamp Holder - Red

The Minimal Pendant Lamp Holder is sturdily constructed with a metal frame and has a vivid red enamelled finish. This minimalistic luminaire is Italian-designed and perfect for various rooms in the modern home as well as restaurants, hotels or bars. Its open drop-cap lamp holder is intended to show off statement bulbs. It is unsuitable for use with a lamp-shade.

Height-adjustable at the point of installation, the Minimal Pendant Lamp Holder comes with a 2 metre suspension cable. A matching red celling canopy is also supplied. Carrying an IP20 rating, this fitting should not be installed anywhere where it will be exposed to water.

Bulb requirements

The Minimal Pendant Lamp Holder comes complete with a 42W energy-saving halogen globe bulb in an E27 Edison Screw (ES) fit. The bulb produces 580 lumens of warm white light. The lamp holder is rated at 70W maximum, so a more powerful lamp can be installed if required.

Energy-saving halogen bulbs produce 20-30% more lumens than old incandescent bulbs of equal wattage, so the supplied bulb will be roughly a 60W equivalent in old terms.

Lyco do not currently stock an identical replacement bulb for this fitting, but it is available by special order though our sales team. Alternatively, you might choose a standard incandescent globe or a decorative filament bulb. The latter are very popular for their ornamental, relaxing effect, which is created by an eye-catching patterned filament.
