Elstead

Elstead lighting is one of the UK's finest lighting manufacturers, with a superb reputation for quality and design. Established nearly 40 years ago, the company has one of the largest ranges of decorative and functional lighting, all truly British-made.

It has a large factory in at Alton in Hampshire, where nearly all of the lights are designed, manufactured assembled and hand finished. The firm employs over 60 staff, of whom two thirds are directly involved in the manufacturing. The plant also has an impressive showroom with working displays of most items.

Elstead specialise in two main types of lighting, indoor and outdoor. The comprehensive collection of indoor lights includes contemporary and traditional styles in unusual finishes and a variety of lamp sources such as low voltage, filament and mains halogen. Many of the lights come in matching sets, with multi-arm wall lights, table lamps, floor standing lights and matching chandeliers.

Its exterior range includes very traditional styles such as carriage lamps, lanterns and lampposts, as well as some striking modern designs. The fittings are mainly made from high cast aluminium dipped in chromate polymer powder coating and come with a 25 year guarantee against corrosion.
