Business Continuity – COVID-19

Dear Customer,

As COVID-19 spreads at a rapid pace we want to provide you with an update on how we as a business are addressing this unprecedented challenge, and how we are making changes to support you.

Business Continuity

We are still operating as usual – our main warehouse in the UK remains open and deliveries are continuing as normal.

Delivery to your door

We remain available to order online 24/7 at, and we have teamed up with our delivery partner to offer ‘contact-free delivery’, straight to your doorstep.


1) If you require you can request a safe place for your delivery to be placed. Visit the tracking section of your parcel and choose ‘divert’ to select a safe place for the courier to leave your lights.

2) If you do not choose a safe place, but there is one available, the courier will leave it there, even when someone is in the property. A photo will be taken and will be included in the delivery notification.

3) For parcels requiring a signature, our couriers can temporarily do this on behalf of the customer to avoid unnecessary contact via hand-held devices. This will only happen when the customer opens the door and gives their name for security reasons. The courier will stay at least two steps away.

4) If there is no safe place available, please be assured that we will always attempt delivery 3 times.

We are monitoring the situation with our carriers daily and they are not reporting any delays. With our large stocks and easy ordering we still should be able to deliver to your door in a day or so.

We are adapting our working environment and many of our staff who can work from home have now been enabled to do so.  These include our Sales, Technical Advice and Customer Service Teams – so simply pick up the phone and talk to us if you have any questions.

New website, new lights, new ideas

We have just launched our brand new website full of new products and exciting, easy-to-use features to improve your shopping experience. We would love to hear your feedback if you think we can make a further improvements or if you are enjoying exploring our new online offering.

With over 4,000 lights available to buy online we have one of the largest choices of commercial and decorative lights in the UK. With big brand names and exclusive own brand lights, we have something for everyone with any budget.

Over the next few weeks, we will be trying to help you stay entertained if you’re self-isolating at home. We will be sharing lighting with you that doesn’t need an electrician to install, for both your home and garden.

A challenge we’re tackling head on
