While Stocks Last
From: £16.49 ex.VAT
The Wimpole Table Lamp from Dar has a decorative cut glass base with polished chrome trim, which is tastefully accompanied by a fabric cream-coloured shade. This fitting is compact in size, so makes an ideal choice for small, traditionally furnished bedrooms, living rooms, or offices.
Operation of the Wimpole Table Lamp is straightforward, with the inclusion of a convenient inline on/off rocker switch. This beautifully designed fitting is certain to add a touch of class to any room, and is perfect for positioning on small side tables or accent tables.
This table lamp is a Class II double-insulated fitting, with a 2-core flex that requires no connection to electrical earth at the socket. This extends its suitability to any premises that lacks an earth wire (sometimes the case in older properties of mid 1960s and earlier).
A maximum 40W candle bulb (sold separately) with an E14 Small Edison Screw (SES) cap is required by the Wimpole Table Lamp.
Since incandescent bulbs have largely been phased out by EU legislation in recent years, Lyco recommend an energy-saving halogen alternative. This will typically use 20-30% fewer watts than an original incandescent lamp, and last twice as long.
An LED candle may also be selected for this fitting. Although this will require a greater up-front investment, the outlay will be repaid by 80-90% energy savings over incandescent or halogen technology. Lifespan is also vastly longer than any filament lamp.
