LED Double Ended Linear

Halogen floodlights are often amazingly cheap, and they provide high quality light. The downside though is considerable: they consume power like power is going out of fashion. They waste an inordinate amount of energy (around 90%) producing heat. Compare that to an LED lamp, which is cool-running and produces negligible heat, and you start to understand the money-saving potential of the latter.

Double-ended linear lamps tend to be powerful lamps, relatively compact in size, often used in floodlights. They tend to be strong light sources, sometimes consuming epic levels of power. A few years back it would have been impossible to envisage LED lights becoming anything much more than fairly lights, but with continued development they've started to become viable incandescent replacements across the board.

If your business uses floodlights -maybe for extended periods of time - our LED double-ended linear R7s lamps have the potential to save very considerable expense in running costs. They’re low maintenance too, with LED lamps generally lasting for 20,000, 30,000, and even 50,000 hours depending on model. Compare that to the 2,000 to 4,000 hours you might expect from a short-lived halogen equivalent.

LED toughness

You might think that a light drawing little power isn’t well suited to a robust life in the great outdoors. But LED is the Popeye of the lighting world -the surprise- a solid-state form of lighting that’s resistant to vibration and shock, and it can withstand the cold, too. Lighting doesn’t get much tougher!
