The Company


Milton Keynes based Lyco Direct is a leading B2B supplier of lighting, electrical and maintenance products. Established in 1995, the company has a number of channels to market including direct marketing through its award-winning catalogues, e-commerce, field and telesales.


The Position


Due to its continuing expansion, Lyco is looking for a new Customer Service Advisor to join the existing customer service team. 3 days per week

Key tasks to include:

  • To rectify customer orders
  • Arrange collections of goods to be returned
  • To chase carriers for parcels
  • Raise credits
  • To investigate customers complaints
  • To resolve customer complaints and queries

The Person


We are looking for someone to work 9.00 - 5.30 for 2-3 days per week. It is essential the individual has experience working in a customer services department. The successful candidate will be innovative and a good problem solver.
