These lamps have the popular 'twist and lock' GU10 fitting, which makes them easy to replace, and can be used as direct replacements for standard Halogen GU10 fittings. Cold Cathode Low Energy Bulbs are particularly suitable for canister type downlighters.
Wattages
Whilst rated at 7 watts, their light output is the equivalent of around 35 watts of conventional light. You'll find that their heat output is dramatically reduced too.
