The Europa Plus is a fantastic portable tester, with touch control and a full complement of tests including PAT Tests, Earth Screen Continuity, Substitute Leakage (even when multiple earth paths exist), Insulation Resistance, Load Test, IEC Led Test and Protective Conductor Current. It is easy to use and has serial ports to use a barcode scanner and printer together.
