Choice of models
The Burco catering urns are available with a choice of three capacities: 8 litres, 20 litres and 30 litres. The 8 litre urn has a twin wall and integrated carry handles. This makes the eight litre model cool to touch and safer to move without risk of injury.
All three models have a stainless steel body, giving them a durable and easy to clean construction. They use a 2kW element to heat the water to boiling point in just 20 minutes. These catering urns have safety protection to prevent them boiling dry, with a manual reset feature and adjustable thermostat for you to choose the required heating temperature.
The two indicator lights on these Burco urns allow you to see when they are switched on at the mains and when the element is boiling the water. Each urn comes with a 1.5m removable mains lead for convenient use.
