The Greenstock Lamp Company was founded in 1991 as a specialist supplier of protected lighting products . It is committed to sourcing, supplying and marketing a complete range of specialist lamps, and aims to help to achieve a total Long Life glass free environment.
Greenstock is accredited to BS EN ISO 9002, earned because it has systems in place to ensure customers receive the highest level of service and product quality at all times. The company has also been accredited by Link-Up the body dedicated to ensure that the products and services supplied to the rail industry comply with EU Directives.
The range of bulbs stocked by Greenstock includes all kinds of incandescent lamps, from standard GLS to golfball and candle. It stocks a wide range of fluorescent tubes in various sizes and shapes and the ballastes and starters to go with them, plus sensorlights, low voltage, batteris and a specialist range of lamps for railway applications.
One of the unique features of Greenstock is its 'Special Service' where a lamp is needed for use in obsolete equipment. For this type of application Greenstock can offer a special service to manufacture small production runs. This could include both long life versions of existing lamps, or be for a lamp that is now unobtainable.
